Trinity Family Medical Center is a unique full service family medical practice caring for the health of the body, mind and spirit of our patients. We provide high quality medical care for the entire family from minor illnesses to ongoing medical problems requiring greater depth of treatments, minor procedures, preventative health services, wellness and inpatient/outpatient care.

Our business philosophy is based on patient satisfaction. We recognize that we provide a service and when we benefit more than the people we serve we are no longer providing a service.

Mission Statement:
To establish effective physician – “patient focused” relationships through comprehensive and compassionate healthcare and by providing evidence-based patient management of acute and chronic medical problems.

Goals and Objectives:
  • Develop and maintain a program for life long learning through continuing education for all staff members.

  • Establish a health and wellness department that will offer health education to patients, local businesses, churches and schools through health risk profiles, health fairs and lecture presentations.

  • Adopt ancillary and consulting services to ensure exemplary and adequate medical care and profitability.

  • Collaborate with community organizations to identify and assess the specific healthcare needs of the community.

Keys to Success:

  • Always seek ways to improve operations and achieve peak performance by soliciting feedback from the patients we care for.

  • Serve as each patient's advocate in health related matters representing the views and best interest of the patient.

  • Participate in the community by unselfishly committing our time, abilities and resources.
