Trinity
Family Medical Center is a unique full service family
medical practice caring for the health of the body, mind and spirit
of our patients. We provide high quality medical care for the entire
family from minor illnesses to ongoing medical problems requiring greater
depth of treatments, minor procedures, preventative health services,
wellness and inpatient/outpatient care.
Our
business philosophy is based on patient satisfaction. We recognize that
we provide a service and when we benefit more than the people we serve
we are no longer providing a service.
Mission Statement:
To
establish effective physician – “patient focused”
relationships through comprehensive and compassionate healthcare and
by providing evidence-based patient management of acute and chronic
medical problems.

Dr.
Stephen E. Young is a licensed and board certified Family
Physician. He attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine where he graduated in 1995 with a Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
He completed a one-year internship at the Graduate Health Care Systems
in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. After which he joined the Air Force as
a Captain, where he was a Flight Surgeon for 6 years. In 2004 Dr. Young
completed a Family Practice residency program at the Florida Hospital
in Orlando, Florida.
Dr.
Young is an active member of several professional
societies: American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida
Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, American
College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Christian Medical and Dental
Association, and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Dr.
Young cares for patients of all ages
from birth through retirement, and is particularly interested in Geriatric
medicine. Dr. Young feels tremendously blessed to be born and raised
in the community he is now serving not only as a family physician, but
serving God as youth minister at his church.

to the latest data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination
Survey about 65% of U.S. adults age 20 years and older are overweight
or obese, and 16% of children and adolescents aged 6-19 years are overweight.
Trinity
Family Medical Center strives to improve our own personal
level of health and fitness, and we will be a role model to our patients
and community. Through our outreach health and wellness department our
goal is to educate local churches, schools, retirement communities and
